Yes, I meant to say the end of 2014. ; ) I suggest doing an exercise in which you start by imagining it is the end of next year. Imagine that it is December 31st 2014, and you are about to write how you did in terms of your self-love practices. What is it that you would like to be the most proud of at the end of the year?
Here are a few suggestions:
- Spent quality time with family and friends.
- Went on an adventure I’ve been dreaming about for years.
- Focused on breathing and connecting daily.
- Spent as much time as possible in nature.
- Launched a creative project aligned with my soul’s purpose and my deepest desires.
- Laughed a lot!
- Allowed myself to feel all my feelings, even those I may at some point have considered “bad”.
- Connected with like-minded souls and was able to grow together.
- Published a book, a music CD, produced a movie, acted, sold my artwork, etc.
- Asked for help and followed my own intuition.
- Grew my audience and impacted more people I could ever think it was possible.
- Ate mindfully every day.
What would it be for you? Once you have the answers, then it is time to go backwards and start committing to making it all happen through a daily practice, starting on January 1st, OK, maybe January 2nd.
Namaste,
Elisa
